Seek for happiness with Happiniss!

Assalamualaikum, everyone! My name is happiniss and today i will be blogging on how to be happier! To start this topic, I would like to introduce all of you, The Flash, my source of happiness, I live by the quote of I believe in the impossible hehe sounds familiar (?) I bet it sounds familiar if you actually watch the tv show. This quote by The Flash always get to me cause it helps me to think that I am capable of doing things that are impossibe. When people have doubts of my capabilities, I would always try to prove them wrong and make myself happier by just thinking of this quote. It helps me get through my day, really. But oh well, there are lots of different source of happiness to different people. Some examples are parents, home, tv show, food, travelling, journaling and many more I don't think its possible for me to list them all down but you get the idea. Most importantly, you need to embrace yourself. Then only, you could attain whatever happiness you've been seeking for all this time.
